高校毕业生就业压力随着新冠疫情以及经济下行的持续发酵而呈现逐渐增大的趋势。大学生就业创业期间存在着应聘岗位缩减、就业观念有多种误区、毕业生就业心理困难、缺乏专业指导队伍等多种问题,应通过拓宽就业渠道、提供一对一精细指导等多种方式来解决。

The employment pressure of college graduates is increasing gradually along with the continuous fermentation of COVID-19 and the economic downturn. There are many problems during the employment and entrepreneurship of college students, such as the reduction of applied posts, a variety of misunderstandings in employment concepts, graduates' psychological difficulties in employment, lack of professional guidance team, which should be solved by broadening employment channels and providing one-to-one detailed guidance.
