河北开放大学学报

河北作为人口大省和农业大省，辖4.8万个村庄，提升村“两委”干部学历教育水平和创新创业能力，对于河北省乡村振兴至关重要。对河北开放大学农村“两委”干部学历教育项目创新创业能力培养现状进行调研，分析存在的短板弱项，提出具有针对性的解决策略，对提升村“两委”干部创新创业能力、促进当地经济发展、保障乡村振兴战略高效实施具有重要意义。

As a large-populated and agricultural province, Hebei has 48,000 villages under its jurisdiction. It is very important for rural revitalization in Hebei to improve the education level and innovation and entrepreneurship ability of village “two committees” cadres. It is of great significance to investigate the present situation of the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of the cadres of the rural “two committees” of Hebei Open University, analyze the shortcomings and weaknesses, and put forward targeted solutions, which will enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of the cadres of the village “two committees”, promote the local economic development, and ensure the efficient implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
