随着我国老龄化程度不断加深以及现代信息技术的蓬勃发展，老年教育教学模式发生转变。基于老年人的新时代受教育需求，结合河北老年开放大学的办学实践，对“线上有优质资源与服务+线下有教学点+中间有学习指导师”的教育教学模式进行深入总结与剖析，探讨老年开放大学教育教学模式的有效构建经验，旨在为老年教育改革创新提供有益借鉴。

With the continuous increase in the degree of population aging in China and the vigorous development of modern information technology, the teaching mode of elderly education has undergone profound changes. Based on the educational needs of the elderly in the new era and combined with the practical experience of Hebei Elderly Open University, the study conducts an in-depth summary and analysis of the teaching mode of in-depth summary and analysis of the education and teaching mode of “online quality resources and services + offline teaching points + learning instructors in the middle”, and explores the effective construction experience of the teaching mode of elderly open universities, aiming to provide beneficial references for the reform and innovation of elderly education.
